Our simple pricing structure is based solely on the square footage of the home without all of the additional fees charged by others in the industry. Plus our pricing includes a Wind Mitigation and a 4-point inspection.
Standard Home Inspections come with a 90 day warranty covering HVAC, roof, electrical, plumbing and appliances. See our Warranty page for more details.
Our Straight Forward Pricing
Our pricing is straightforward, based only on the square footage of the home—no extra charges like others in the industry. Pricing starts at $425 for homes up to 2000 square feet and includes a Wind Mitigation and a 4-point inspection. It doesn't matter the condition of the home or how many issues are found during the inspection. Additional services are listed separately below.
